Mamonde eye cream, EVO Easy Tiger and Mise en scène perfect repair

Since it’s getting warmer in Korea and also this weekend it’s been warm and raining and windy, my hair and my skin has been reacting. Here in Korea when it rains everyone is carrying an umbrella, not only does this make it annoying walking down the street because everyone’s umbrellas are hitting each other but also some don’t see where they are aiming it, so now it’s risky walking the streets because someone might hit you in the face with their umbrellas. The reason for everyone carrying an umbrella is since the air is so polluted from the yellow dust blowing over from China, also the rain is polluted and even many people say it makes you lose more hair/go bald if you don’t use an umbrella. I myself even noticed that I would have, ore hair fallouts if I didn’t use an umbrella on a rainy day during my first 6 months in Korea.
Also the last days I haven’t been able to find my eye cream in my room, so I went shopping.

I bought:
* EVO Easy Tiger straightening balm (my hair goes crazy from this humidity)
* Mamonde Nutrition Lifting Eye cream
* Mise en scène (미쟝센) perfect repair serum (for hair, in korean it’s called “퍼펙트 세럼”

Here’s the picture of the products I bought;

Mamonde Flower Essential Mask Camellia Lifting sheet mask and Girls Generation Hair Couture dry shampoo

image

So in South Korea right now there’s a pretty new dry shampoo (and apparently it’s also a wig cleaner) out called Hair Couture featuring the girls from the k-pop group Girls Generation on the bottles. I have the dry shampoo in “Leslie pink” (featuring Sunny) and “Blueming”. Both of them have no colour, it’s just normal dry shampoo, there’s a third one which name I can’t remember and if I understood correctly it’s adapted for blonde hair and it does have some colour in it.

Also tonight I’m putting on another sheet mask, this one is the Mamonde Flower Essential Mask Camellia Lifting sheet mask. What I love about the Mamonde sheet masks is how they all have really nice smells~~

Mamonde Flower Essential Mask Rose Moisturizing sheet mask

Time for another sheet mask. This was given to me for free last time I was in Aritaum. This is the Mamonde Flower Essential Mask Rose Moisturizing. It smells delicious like rose and the mask has a lot of product on it so it really feels moisturizing on the skin. The mask is supposed to be on for 10-20 minutes to give the best result.

What I just received in the mail

I just woken up and realised that I just received the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation in the shade #51 Light Vanilla. I’m so excited to try this product out, in haven’t used a foundation in years since I found out about BB cream when I was like 20 years old I haven’t really used a foundation since unless I 0376 left my make up bag at home when going on a trip etc, and always I’ve felt like foundation ends up disappointing me and BB cream usually doesn’t.
It took two of my favourite beauty gurus on YouTube (Arden Rose and Essiebutton) recommending this to make me buy and try it out. I find that usually I fit everything that Essiebutton recommends cause we have the same kind of pale complexion and brown hair so I decided trying it out in the same shade that she uses.

Have a great day everyone! I’ll write a review on this and the other products I’ve received lately as soon as possible, this week I have midterm so everything feels hard…

Today I went comfort shopping at Olive Young and I found so many bargains (sometimes I’m a sucker for a sale). I bought:
* Maybelline The Rocket Mascara
* Slim Walk socks – that are supposed to slim down my legs when I sleep (wtf? And how cool isn’t that? I hope they work)
* Maybelline baby skin Pore Eraser base/primer
* First Aid Beauty Detox Eye Roller

And the other things I got for free as a gift when I purchased the make up stuff. Oh and the t shirt is from another clothing store. So cute 🙂

Yesterday I had a great day out

I was out with many of my closest friends in Korea yesterday, and I felt so good about my make up, so here’s some pictures~

My hair looked very much like Kardashian sisters hair style when they curl it 🙂

Sheet mask time – Mamode Flower Essential Mask

20140420-230924.jpg

This evening I’m trying out the Mamonde Flower Essential Mask Pomegrante Anti Aging.
You’re supposed to leave the mask on for 10-20 minutes. I previously had good experiences using Mamonde products but I didn’t try this anti Aging sheet mask before. I’m aware I’m only 24 years old and usually people say you should start using anti Aging products after you turn 25 years or are older, but I’ve recently read many articles saying that to prevent aging signs on the skin it’s good to start earlier. And I have some worry lines on my forehead and wrinkles under my eyes so I thought why not try. Have a great day everyone!
I recommend sheet masks to anyone trying out Asian skin care. Most Koreans swear by the magic of using a sheet mask or more per week, and I noticed myself that it makes my skin look less dull, and I never got any side effects using sheet masks. Since my skin type is mixed/sensitive this really helps dehydrate the skin any day. Also it’s good for someone the day after drinking or the day before a date, it just gives your skin that extra bit of glow that makes anyone happy.
